About Me

From Hotel Management to helping others heal.

I'm Sangeetha Parameswaran, a Hotel Management graduate with more than 14 years of professional experience across India and abroad — Executive Housekeeper, Lecturer, Head of Department.

Life took a turn after I settled in Switzerland. Following my child's birth, I developed severe health issues from super morbid obesity, reaching almost 140 kg. I tried multiple weight-loss programs. None worked.

A friend's transformation in 2018 changed everything. I joined a wellness program, lost 65 kilograms safely, regained my health — and discovered my calling.
